To help you and your family enjoy your time here, we have addressed and implemented safety protocols for the community and on the beach. The FIPOA office will be open with limited access. To keep in accordance with social distancing, and in light of the rising cases of Covid-19, there will be no more than 3 people allowed into the POA office at one time. Masks are required and maintaining the required 6 feet a part is still in effect for all buildings, per the Beaufort County Ordinance Mandate. Masks are highly recommended by the CDC for the beach.
