Choose offshore or inshore fishing accompanied by experienced charter guides. Offshore in the Gulf Stream, chances are good you’ll catch sailfish, mahi-mahi, barracuda, kingfish, marlin, wahoo, grouper or snapper. Inshore, the South Carolina coast has plentiful trout, flounder, red drum, cobia, tarpon and Spanish mackerel.
